Registration Guidelines

All participants are required to register for the conference in order to attend the event. To register, please click on the download button to download the registration form, and fill out the form. Submit the filled form with the payment slip for the associated fees to the email specified on the form. Additional US$300 will be paid by participants requiring visa procurement assistance.

Participants are required to pay the conference registration fee in order to complete the registration process. After submitting the payment proof and registration form, you will receive a confirmation email for registration acknowledgement. Participants who require visas will be sent additional forms for visa processing.

Participants will receive a final confirmation email with details on how to access the conference materials, including the program schedule and presentation guidelines.
